Setting the Resource Usage Limits
You can impose the limits on the amount of server resources
your customers can use:
- Number of domains - the number of domains
that can be hosted for a client,
- Number of subdomains - the number of subdomains
that can be hosted for a client (subdomains are fully functional
domain names, but in Plesk they are provided with a limited
set of hosting services),
- Disk space - the total amount of disk space
in megabytes that can be occupied by the content of client's
domains, databases and site applications,
- Traffic - the total amount of outbound
traffic in megabytes per month,
- Number of web users - the total number
of user accounts that have limited rights to publish personalized
web pages within websites (these users are provided with individual
FTP access),
- Number of databases - the total number
of databases that can be served in all domains of a client,
- Number of mailboxes - the total number
of mailboxes that can be served in all domains of a client,
- Mailbox quota - the limit on size of each
mailbox in kilobytes (further can be narrowed down per each
domain or mailbox),
- Number of mail redirects - the total number
of mail redirects served in all domains of a client,
- Number of mail groups - the total number
of mail groups served in all domains of a client,
- Number of mail autoresponders - the total
number of autoresponders running in all domains of a client,
- Number of mailing lists - the total number
of mailing lists maintained in all domains of a client,
- Number of Java applications - the total
number of Java applications deployed in all domains of a client.
To set a limit value for a specific resource, deselect the
respective "Unlimited" check box and enter the value
into the input box to the left.
To limit the term of service for a given client account, deselect
the "Unlimited" checkbox in the Validity period row
and define the desired date of account expiration.
